Reservation Policy

Rooms – All quoted prices include 15% VAT

– Room rate includes breakfast

– The room rate does not include the Tourist Tax: 220 CVE / per night / per person (over 16 years old)

– The room is available from 14:00 on the day of arrival until 12:00 on the day of departure

– Day-use / Late check-out: Price for an extra night without breakfast, confirmed subject to room availability.

– Half-board includes dinner (menu of the day) at Farolim restaurant

Payment and Cancellation Terms

UNTIL 30 SEPTEMBER 22

– 10% charge of the total amount of the reservation at the time of booking

– free cancellation up to 2 days before arrival

– balance charge remaining at check in by Reception

– cancellation less than 2 days before – penalty =no refund of the security

1 OCTOBER.22 TO 31 MARCH.23

– 100% charge at time of booking

– free cancellation up to 7 days before arrival

– cancellation between 7 and 1 days – 50% penalty of the reservation

– same-day cancellation – considered NO-SHOW = 100% penalty

BANK TRANSFERS – Will only be accepted to national banks. In this case, the reservation must be made by email (reservas@odjodagua-hotel.com)
